Meet the Team
David Achilles, Access Coordinator
David got his start in the TV business in southern California, freelancing his way through university as a still photographer and audio mixer. He worked at Disneyland installing and crewing the Fantasmic show, as well as film shoots and stage productions. He moved to Colorado to work for Denver 8 as a Director/Editor and Production Manager. He has worked for Renaissance Media as their Director of Technology, and as a Director and Technical Director for CBS 4 in Denver. David has operated his own production business around Denver and continues to be involved in various projects, which now include Denver Community Media. David is excited to help community members discover their creative voice and share their stories. In his spare time, David enjoys the back-country and climbing 14'ers. He's halfway to climbing all 54.

Drew Wagner, Engineer/Multi-Media Technician
Drew comes to DCM with over 10 years of experience working in television and media. From starting as an intern with the Denver Broncos, to working on TV trucks with Fox Sports, to lead creative trainer at Apple, Drew has worked in a wide range of production environments. Most recently, he served as the Video Engineer for the Colorado Rockies where he helped build Major League Baseball’s first HDR control room and video board. He is excited to be at DCM to help our diverse group of community members bring their passion projects to life using our state-of-the art IP-Based studio and control room. Aside from production, Drew is passionate about spending time with his wife and daughter, traveling, good BBQ (shout out to OwlBear and Roaming Buffalo), learning to fly fish, and watching F1.
