Orientation

The Orientation class is your first step to becoming a producer with Denver Community Media. This is a 60 minute introduction to the Denver Community Media program and staff. You will receive your welcome kit and take a tour of our media production and education studios, edit spaces, work areas, and classroom.

You'll leave with an understanding of how you can best utilize our services to support your multi-media production learning experience. We'll discuss our mission, background, non-commercial production requirements, hands-on learning and mentor opportunities, public access TV platforms and submission process, and more. This class is a requirement for all new members and is the prerequisite for additional DCM services.

We are public and educational access for the City and County of Denver. Membership to Denver Community Media is not necessary to submit content for air.
