Rent Field Equipment

Once you know what gear you want to rent, please fill out an A/V Field Equipment Reservation Request Form.

Things to keep in mind:

As a member, you have access to staff mentorship and training help - reserve a 30 minute one-on-one session at any time with our production professionals.
Your reservation is confirmed when payment is received.
Fees for equipment rentals are non-refundable and non-transferable.
You must submit your request at least 24 business hours / 1 business day in advance (DCM business days are Tuesday through Saturday).
Same-day submissions will not be accommodated.
